Discussion of your goals:
After applying, I will review your information and respond via email to make sure we are a good fit.
Sign up:
Once we determine we're a good fit, you will get a contract to sign and then will sign up for payments through PayPal. Payments will be billed monthly
Thorough assessment:
Before you get started, we will assess your current nutrition habits, training history, movement patterns, dieting history, mobility, and preferences via video chat
Advice based in science and full of purpose:
No BS, no pseudoscience. Recommendations based in evidence.
And personalized to you:
Based on your preferences, your goals, your history, your experience, your life
All services delivered virtually:
program will be delivered via Google Sheets, and weekly check ins via email or text
Use of tracking methods that fit you:
We may use macros, hand portions, pictures, or just a written list to track your nutrition that fit what you are willing to do. For progress, we can choose to use weight, body measurements, more subjective measures like how your clothes fit, or a combo of all the above.
Strength programming delivered weekly:
Programming will deliver weekly. That way we can adjust the plan according to how you are feeling, what equipment you may have that week, what your availability looks like that week.
Support when you need it:
Comments on your sheet, your questions answered quickly via text, and weekly check-ins.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR?
You are billed monthly for programming, but I recommend you try to commit to three months at minimum. It takes time to really notice changes and make progress.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Coaching starts at $200 per month. This includes a video call at the beginning to learn your story and do a thorough assessment, weekly check ins via email, and obviously, the actual coaching.
