Discussion of your goals:
After applying, I will review your information and respond via email to make sure we are a good fit. If you'd like, we can even hop on a call to chat
Sign up:
Once we determine we're a good fit, you will get a contract to sign and then will sign up for payments through PayPal. Payments will be billed monthly
Thorough assessment:
Before you get started, we will assess your current mobility, strengths, and movement patterns
Programming based in science and full of purpose: No BS, no filler exercises, no weird combo exercises. It may feel basic but it works
And personalized to you:
Based on your preferences, your goals, your injuries, your experience, your life
All services delivered virtually:
program will be delivered via Google Sheets, weekly check ins via email or text
Workouts delivered weekly:
At the end of each week the next week of programming we appear in the sheet. The weeks will look similar and build on each other but will be adjusted weekly to fit how you are doing
Video analysis of your lifts:
Every lift you film will be looked at weekly
Support when you need it:
Comments on your sheet, your questions answered quickly via text, and weekly check-ins.
I am here to back you up and give you what you need.
Confidence on the platform:
On meet day, you will have a specific plan and support to make sure you execute to your best ability. We are looking for 9/9 days and your biggest total possible.

At the beginning of the pandemic, as our collegiate nationals were right on the horizon, me and my powerlifting team were sent home to our families, no gym and no idea what to do. I was so lucky to have Kate as a resource during quarantine because she came up with a comprehensive, challenging, and fun program for me to follow when all I had was a set of dumbbells and a resistance band. Once gyms opened back up again, she eased me back into the heavy squat, bench, deadlift work that I hadn’t seen in months, which was a difficult task! But she made it work! I really liked the powerlifting programming because it was very personalized to what I needed and preferred. She is super responsive via text and email and gives great advice, especially with injury because of her background in PT. Overall, I have had an awesome experience with Kate and highly recommend her and her programming to anyone who is willing to give it a shot.

I absolutely recommend Kate. Great coach with great programs for both lifting and bodyweight. She will work with you to fit your needs and goals and genuinely cares about her athletes and is very responsive. Examples include regular check ins and video reviews. She helped me keep progressing even through a mild injury that limited my ability to lift. The programming produces results (my total exploded running one of her programs) and is very flexible. I always enjoy working with Kate and running her programs, absolutely would rate 10/10 .

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR?
You are billed monthly for programming, but I recommend you try to commit to three months at minimum. It takes time to develop skills, gain strength, and make progress. We will discuss expectations when you first start, but it takes time to build strength and to notice changes.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Programming starts at $150 per month. This includes a video call at the beginning to learn your story and do a thorough assessment, weekly check ins via email, video reviews, and obviously, programming. Additional cost can come from optional additions of weekly or monthly video calls.
DO I NEED LIFTING EXPERIENCE?
No! You can start with absolutely no experience. I will walk you through every step of the process to make you feel comfortable and confident.

DOES THIS INCLUDE NUTRITION COACHING?
